Greer Consulting, Inc. (GCI) is a full service consulting firm that works with client organizations and leaders to solve problems and address challenges. We offer services that are tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the areas of Labor Relations, Organizational Troubleshooting and Development, Executive Coaching and Staff Development.
GCI has over 20 years of combined business leadership experience that we leverage as we collaborate with our client partners to develop solutions to the dilemmas that leadership and organizations face. He has assisted large and small businesses across multiple industries overcome their internal struggles while avoiding the need for an outside intervener. Mr. Greer’s work experience with the National Labor Relations Board, as an HR professional for a leading manufacturing company, as well as a Labor Consultant provides him with insight into many stakeholders’ perspectives.
